The passengers were tentatively identified as Nicole Laughman, 13; her mother, Jody Laughman; and her stepfather, Jim Thomas, of Lake Meade, Adams County, Pa. The family was celebrating the girl's recent graduation from seventh grade, according to a report by WGAL - TV of Harrisburg, Pa.
