LAS VEGAS, NV – MARCH 5, 2013 – Technisonic Industries Ltd. is offering a new radio module at Heli-Expo 2013 that gives aircraft operators a cost-efficient means of accessing the 225-400 MHz frequency band used by U.S. federal agencies, military services and their contractors.
A leader in the development, manufacture and support of special-mission airborne communications systems, Technisonic is offering the new 225-400 MHz module for its configurable, multi-band TDFM-7300 and its TDFM-9000 series of analog/digital, encrypted, trunked, multi-band airborne transceivers. Both of those airborne FM transceivers are Project 25-compliant. The new module also can be combined with other frequency requirements.

Metro Aviation receives Brazilian ANAC authorization

05 MAR 2013- Shreveport, Louisiana – Metro Aviation, Inc. and company subsidiary, Paradigm Aerospace Corporation (PAC) have announced the recent approval by the Brazilian ANAC authorization. Agencia Nacional de Aviacao (ANAC) is the Brazilian agency responsible for the regulation and safety oversight of civil aviation in the country.

Both Metro, located in Shreveport, LA and PAC, located in Mt. Pleasant, PA will now have the capability to perform completion and maintenance services for aircraft destined for operations in Brazil. The company will also seek continuing ANAC approval for current and future offerings.
