TrueView EVS Certifies New T6-200 EVS on Bell 407

TrueView Enhanced Vision Systems, LLC has completed certification of their newest EVS System, the T6-200. TrueView holds STC’s for installation of the T6-200 on the Bell 407, and their Model 2061 on the Bell 206/206L. Due to it’s tiny 3” x 5” footprint, the T6 is designed to be adaptable to virtually any hull shape, permitting installation on a wide range of rotary and fixed wing aircraft.

The T6 features 640 x 480 image resolution, previously not available in non-military, pilot-operated systems, providing incomparable image detail. The system also includes a 28 degree tilt feature that allows the pilot to center the image of the landing zone on the display throughout the entire approach. The tilt feature also enhances safety during surveillance operations as there is no need to fly unusual attitudes to aim the camera at the region of interest.
