Incredibly, despite receiving over 900 registrations of interest, not a single complete application form has been received for either of the two scholarships which hold a combined value of around £67,000. “When we announced the scholarships almost a year ago we thought we’d be inundated with applicants” says Captain Chris Line, the company’s Chairman. “We are looking for two motivated people who deserve a career break - we’re really excited about the awarding the scholarships and creating an opportunity for these pilots to start their real-world helicopter industry careers with Helicentre Aviation”.
