Hello there, fellow mechanics. I'm a 13 year helicopter mechanic with mostly Bell experience (H-1 series, 206s, 407, 412, 212, 222) and I am about to embark as a contractor working on AS350's. I would like to speak with a seasoned and confident mechanic with some AS350 experience for advice on daily/postflight inspections, as well as some tools that I may not be thinking of that I should purchase for my line box. I am currently building and shadowing a metric line box since all of my tools are SAE. Please help, I want to make a good impression at this new job. Thanks a lot. Zelph

12 point metric 1/4 drive sockets and a pair of knipex cobra's. Should be good.
Good screwdriver bits.... stripping out Ti screws sucks.

You'll wonder why you spent so much time working on bell's, then you'll wonder why bell still hasn't figured out how to make a helicopter thats easy to work on.

You'll still need some SAE stuff so leave a little room in your box for that.
