Having a debate with co-worker about what maintenance would be considered powerplant and what would be considered airframe on an A-Star? How can we verify?

AIRBUS manufactures the airframe while Turbomeca manufactures the engine. Therefore, AIRBUS dictates the required maintenance procedures for the airframe while Turbomeca dictates the required maintenance procedures for the engine.

I've got the MM and IPC for the A-Star and Turbomecas. If you want them for learning and general knowledge.
