The boss asked this morning..... Where can I take the helicopter heliskiing that is not exclusive to the operators on the mountain? Does anyone have any information on locations that would allow a part 91 AS350B3e to take private (non commercial) passengers up to ski? I know there are several training issues that I will address separately Mike

Depends on where you are going to fly. If you are doing it non-commercially you can land anywhere you don't need special permission to land. If there are other operators in the area it would be nice to check in with them first. However I would caution just landing and letting the boss out if they are not really backcountry savvy, be a good way to end up with a dead or broken boss.

Assuming the OP is referring to the US. As posted above you can go anywhere you want as long as aircraft are permitted to land (ie no designated Wilderness or Nat'l Parks). Commercial operators operate based on Forest Service permits but that does not preclude a private individual from using the same area. Backcountry knowledge and avalanche assessment skills are as important to who your dropping off as mountain skills are to you. One suggestion is to pick an area near established ski areas and use the helicopter to access side country nearby that wouldn't otherwise be accessible. There's a good chance you could locate a guide with local knowledge who'd jump at the chance too.
