I've been receiving a bunch of calls from some more muscularly built students that are going to schools with S300's and they find the S300's grounded for lack of parts availability. So, the question comes in as to whether we have an R44 and they are shocked to find we only charge $300/hour (wet with instructor) for our R44 (just moved it from Miami area to Atlanta Area today: Gainesville, Georgia which is near Lake Lanier). If you are at a school with the S300

and it is grounded waiting for parts, please chime in. Two fellows from Colorado called the other day and last month it was a pair from Orlando. The one guy that was going to Orlando was on an M1 visa and I balked at mentioning to him about his weight. He was a couple of biscuits shy of 350 pounds and I had a rather blunt conversation with him. Maybe I should start another thread, let's get back to parts availability and the S300. I called the maintenance division of a school that has a lot of S300's and they said that the supplyline is moving better now and if you are a "service center' you have better access to parts. Comments?
