What are the dangers of flying in Alaska from April to September?

Icing, birds, lack of weather resources... aircraft tend to disappear in Alaska because nearly everything is remote. Sometimes moose charge tail rotors and bears try to grab your skids. There's nothing better than Alaska in the summertime. Just bring your big boy pants and a head net.

The biggest challenge you'll no doubt face flying in Alaska is dealing with all the dick slinging f'wits you'll be forced to associate with within the confines of your assigned 'man-camp'.

Forget the Bears, the Moose, and even the Wolves, it's the remote rustic living and bureaucratic BS that sends most pilots packing.
