Hey I have been offered a Job flying a private ship for a private company.  The owner has told me that I will be flying him around mainly, but on occasion he may need me to drop off one of his employes off.  What does this fall under?  Any thoughts?

As I'm sure you've already figured out from the generous, polite responses you've gotten on the other forum, this is strictly a part-91 operation.

As stated in the other forum, there's more information required to properly answer the question.

It may or may not be strictly a operation under Part 91. If property or persons are carried for compensation or hire, or the flight is held out for "common carriage," it becomes subject to Part 119, and part 135.

A commercially certificated pilot can be paid for his or her time flying the aircraft; that's not a problem. You're only providing pilot services. However, if the owner carried property for a fee, advertises the flight, or someone pays the owner for carrying them, then the flight falls under additional regulatory guidance and isn't legal strictly under Part 91.
