While I realize this is a new forum, I am also aware there are only a few who have posted or responded. This certainly is not someplace for a few to slap each other on the back and exclude anyone else. Those who are posting for the most part are professionals who desire to share experience and knowledge. This is the perfect opportunity for many to get involved in a way that has been impossible in the not so distant past. I encourage you to get involved and post your feelings and share your professional experience. I'd like to see this forum kept to a professional level and let the rampant discussions go on the other side of the board. My "handle" of Supremo is an inside joke and not to be taken seriously unless you are flying with me... and if you can do it better...then YOU get that handle! I'd love to pass it on to someone else with the pressure it puts on me. I invite you, encourage you, to jump in and make your presence known to the rotorcraft community. Never know when you might meet the boss, or become the boss here? OGHF

I think this forum is definitely headed in the direction it was intended, and actually seems to be picking up steam nicely. It is certainly a breath of fresh air to know that people on this side are no longer anonymous (Altho I do think anonymity has its place and uses) and will be accountable for their actions and statements. I think that opens the door to more constructive, mature and educational discussions. The other forum is great for blowing off steam and having fun, but I definitely think this is a perfect platform for asking the questions that would have received all sorts of ridicule on the other side, or sharing experiences and information with those who are interested. Don't get me wrong, I still enjoy the original forum, but quite honestly, all the bashing and badmouthing gets old after a while. Just nice to see things headed in a new, positive direction. I hope the growth trend continues! GB

Lyn, This type of site has been needed for a long time. While the old site is good for an occasional laugh, I think it has degenerated into something less than enjoyable, especially for someone looking for helicopter related posts. I look forward to meeting you in Anaheim. Tommy
